All of our properties offer a seamless self check-in experience via a secure smartlock or keypad. Check-in is typically after 4:00 PM (3:00 PM for the Log Cabin), and check-out is before 10:00 AM. You will receive your unique door code prior to your arrival.

Pet policies vary by property to accommodate community rules. Forest Gardens and our Mountain Lodge maintain a strict no-pets policy. However, our 1850's Log Cabin welcomes one dog under 50 lbs on a case-by-case basis (a $125 non-refundable pet deposit applies, and pets must be crated when left alone).

All listed properties include kitchens, linens, towels, and parking. Forest Gardens includes two adult bikes, Lazy Bear Cabin includes firewood for the fire pit and fireplace on the deck, and Bears on Beach Front includes hot tub, game room, fire pit, and outdoor entertainment features.

Yes, all properties include dedicated free parking. Forest Gardens accommodates up to 2 vehicles, while our larger Mountain Lodge features a spacious driveway that easily fits 3 or more vehicles.

Yes, to ensure a peaceful environment for our communities, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
